Mirrors and AnchorsShe expressed her worries. To her, other people are clear and predictable; she can generally foresee their future life paths. But with me, it is unclear; she sees a fog, a sense of unpredictability. At the same time, my way of thinking and expressing myself is different, leaving her unsure of where I will ultimately flow. A Book Co-created with MomIn progress, stay tuned. I told her: "Mom, you can write a book for yourself, and I’ll be your editor. Just use whatever words come to your mind, there's no need to worry." She is 55 now, currently living her roles as a grandmother to both her daughter's and son's children. But she shrugged and said she couldn't write—she has never written anything before, and with limited formal education, she truly believed it was beyond her. So, I decided that I will be the pen-holder for her. On the Dragon Boat Festival, June 12, 2026, I proposed this idea and the co-creation format to her in person. She didn't fully grasp how it would work, but she simply replied, "Okay."
